What I want to ask them is as follows:
1) What they know about a company called Return Safe LTD; what security company has the contract, what their matrix security is like, and any rumors about what is going on inside that is not advertised.
2) Any known employees of Return Safe LTD; names, possible location either real word or online, and/or possible leverage that could be used on them.
3) IF there is any favor I could provide for them in return.

Once I hit those two contacts I will search for the Return Safe LTD building plans on their main host and make a copy.

The first thing to do is to actually find the Host!  This is easily done if you have a location, but you don't.  This means you need to find information on it in the Matrix:

To find the location of Return Safe will require a Matrix Search Test, which is a Computer + Intiution [Data Processing] (4, 30 Minutes) Extended Test with a -2 Modifier and an Additional -2 Modifier if you are on the Public Grid.  An Edge (2) roll indicates that the Host of Return Safe is on the Emerald City Grid and you fortunately were using the Hotel's access, which is Emerald City and you don't get the -2.  Once you find the Host, you are aware of which Grid it is on.

Once you have located the Host, you may attempt to place a Mark and enter the Host.  If you do not want the -2 Modifier for operating from a different Grid, you will have to Grid Hop with a Brute Force or Hack on the Fly Action (this is, as far as I know, an automatically successful action, but will give you a GOD Score of 1).

Once you have entered the Host, you must perform another Matrix Search for the file.  This is a Computer + Intiution [Data Processing] (3, 30 Minutes) Extended Test  Every hit above the threshold will subtract 10 minutes from the respective time interval.

Once you find the file, you will need to Mark it to Download it.  This is after the data bomb stuff.

So, first, do the matrix search for the host... based on how long it takes to find it, post accordingly.
