I am helping a couple players make new characters for Shadowrun campaign. The two players are playing twin brothers, one is a Physical Adept and the other is Sorcerer. They work very well together and have abilities that complement each other. Physical Adept has Living Focus and Empathic Healing. A few days ago we were talking about movie Boondock Saints and I thought of cool Signature Quality. A modern morbid take on Charon's Obol.
Charon’s Obol is a myth surrounding the placement of coins on the eyes of the dead. According to legend, the coins were a bribe or payment used to ferry the dead into the Underworld. While this might sound strange in modern times, this practice brought peace to ancient people, ensuring their family members made it safely into the afterlife.
Instead of coins each brother jabs a credstick into the eye of the deceased.
