While these silly scientists want to use the technology for automotive and aerospace advancement, I'm more interested in the memory blades and other such fine tuned weapons of destruction!

Seriously though, very cool stuff... and apparently been around for quite a while.

This sounds like a more complex "Memory Metal" I learned about in my Metalurgy class.
