Seems like a great work. I need to delve deeper into this, but this seems reeaally good to create character on the spot. And some of the ideas are really creative, too, gives me a lot to think about new characters concepts.

Well the quick reference cards will be nice to replace my stapled pile of homemade ones.  But being able to use a packs system to help flesh out NPC's is priceless.
