TMs sit on a really precarious balance, needing a lot of stats and thus many are pretty closely confined to similar builds.
At the least you need good INT, LOG, WIL, REA, and decent CHA for your Living Persona. You want Software 6 for Threading. Since you can't start with jumping-in powers you'll want to use drones much like a standard rigger, and probably have a typical-TM build to hack and especially have Sprites to improve your drones.
You will probably want an RCC even as a TM, to coordinate a swarm of drones.
You will want the Mind Over Machine echo ASAP.
