I am very much aware that this guy is super Pink Mohawk, and likely unplayable in a stealth mission. He does have the ability to go somewhat silent (Silenced Ares Predator V), but he loves his big weapons.

Aren't Ruger Super Warhawks incapable of mounting a silencer...?

Don't have my book with me.

Ah, damn. You are right. It cannot be put on Revolvers (which I knew from real life, but apparently my brain didn't want that information). Going to replace it with an Ares Predator V, will edit momentarily.

Edit: All right, edited. Fortunately, that was a pretty small change.

There is a special revolver silencer though, from memory, unless it was removed in 5E

1 Edge hurts.  I'm not a fan of 2-Edge but 1 is just painful IMHO.
I would SERIOUSLY consider going Human at D instead of Elf.  5 Edge v/s 1 Edge all for 1 Agi die & some Charisma.
Not Even a Debate here.  Edge-5 Just ROCKS, IMHO.  That also means you can go full on Cyber-Eyes for some fun toys.

I get the concept, but I'd still be hard pressed not to swap out Pistols for Automatics & get yourself some mid ranged options.
Pistols skill is for full on multiple concealed options w/ Tasers & Palm Pistols galore.
For a single back up, just get a Machine Pistol.

I'd also consider just Automatics & drop both Pistols & HWeapons for another skill selection, like Sneaking or Gymnastics to go with Agile Defender. (IIRC those work together?)  Obviously that is a bit extreme & takes away the HW options.  Actually Automatics+Heavy Weapons feed into the Ares-Alpha in a lovely way.

Anyway, just  few thoughts.

Also, give the Fixer a specialty in Weapons & a rating of 5/2 or 6/1.
Then change the Arms dealer over to a Fence to offload stuff too with a Loyalty of 4-6 range for higher payments.

Finally, why are your Reaction Enhancers only at Level-1 ?
You have a TON of money going into Lifestyle, Ammo, & a few other areas where you look like you are stocked up for months when you really only need enough for the 1st couple runs as you get more cash.
Drop some of that crap & get RE-2-A/R or RE-3-U

Ah, I knew I was breaking about half my usual rules at chargen, and I knew it would haunt me.

As someone who currently has not spent a single Edge point except for emergencies, I am honestly fine with Edge 1. I am aware of the risks, but honestly, Elf fits my concept better.

I considered this, and I'm still debating on whether I want Automatics. It is a definite option.

Not dropping Heavy Weapons (although I normally would) as that is a core part of the concept. The Ares Alpha was the main reason I was looking at Automatics, so, like I said, definitely an option. I'll have to mull it over.

Anyway, just  few thoughts.

Also, give the Fixer a specialty in Weapons & a rating of 5/2 or 6/1.

That works for me, I guess? This is just a thought experiment, at the moment, so it isn't connected to a game, but I think some GMs might not let you get away with "He's my fixer, and also, even though he does everything else for me and gets me jobs, he focuses on arms dealing." That seems to me like that fixer would mostly cultivate weapons connections, not necessarily political, shadow, etc. connections that a normal fixer does.

Finally, why are your Reaction Enhancers only at Level-1 ?

Please note the Essence. They were originally Alphaware Reaction Enhancers 2, but that put me into negative Essence.

Yes, lots of money going into Lifestyle. That kind of means that I can save up some money, neh? If I'm not losing 50-75% of my income every month on Lifestyle, I can save up for purchases much more quickly. Granted, no idea what purchases those would be, but it's a possibility. Also, it adds a sense of realism for me. Of course, I am willing to drop those, but I need a reason (like switching to more expensive Automatics) to do so. The thing is, I just don't see too many places that money would go. So, to me, it seems reasonable to have an overabundance of something, so that I can get by for a while without new purchases and be able to stockpile some cash. Also, I won't run out.

As far as I know, it is not available in SR5.

looks like it is going to achieve pretty much what you want it to achieve so well done on that front.
I can't see anything obvious on a quick skim read of the charsheet.
I would be tempted to move the perception spec to either sneaking (urban +2), or locksmith (maglocks +2) as it will either keep you safer or make you more useful to the team. the other option is to put that spec into being pilot ground 1. with two vehicles and a decent REA score, i'd be sorely tempted, especially if you pick up a tail and need to shake it

Since I bought all those aformentioned skills with karma, I cannot use skill points to buy their specializations.

ah, no worries then. I'd maybe consider using that visual spec for basic competency in another skill (unarmed or blades maybe) as it gives you some close up defence and a reasonable dicepool + STR to back it up.
You can get the same effect as the spec with your first paycheck, contacts with image enhancement will do the work well and you've already got a decent dicepool. Close combat skill gives an entirely different skillset.
think you've got a really good char here though, so its just a minor tweaking suggestion

I am tempted to pick up one point in Blades. That way, I can have some sort of close combat option, as you suggested. I see what you mean with the specialization being negated by some Vision Enhancement.

Anyway, I'll run some numbers tonight to decide whether I'm going Automatics or not. Should have an edit up tonight.

With only 8 dice to throw for your addiction test against Kamikaze that character is going to hit burnout status fairly quickly IMO.

Hmm, you have a point. It is sort of core for the whole "Go crazy and throw everything you have at them."

Not quite sure how to resolve that.

1.  You are very lucky or your GM is very nice.  See notes below about drug fix.  Edge-5 would also help those addiction tests too.

2.  Fixers get you Gear. Its in their description.  See Pg 390 CRB.  Giving them a Specialty just adds fluff to it.  Not sure why a GM would have any issue with a Fixer getting you weapons, its part of their job.

3.  See my notes below about Essence options

4.  What is more realistic.  Going to the store for ammo 1x a month.... Or going to the Hospital every year for a long stay after having illegal cyberware installed?   Ammo & Rent are supposed to be what your working for.  I don't know anyone that has their mortgage paid ahead 6 months.

Easy Fix really, it changes the Char a bit but allows you to do much with it as well.
Pre-Cyber Stats  =  B5, A6, R4, S6, W5, L1, I5, C3

Now w/ S-6 you only need 2 levels of MA which also means you don't have to use that Essence hogging USED Cyberware.
Does it cost you 2 dice on Agility Tests ?  Yes.  WHO CARES.  Your shooting Automatics & Heavy Weapons at them.  They are not Dodging S***, so 2 dice won't affect hitting them in most cases.

And then with essence to spare you can now pump up the Reaction Enhancers  ;)     Schwing!   Now that is what I call a Win/Win.

1. Perhaps I'm lucky. As far as I know, my GM is not exactly a nice guy, but I don't honestly know how using Edge outside of emergencies is "lucky". That's just using a resource you have, not being unlucky. Saving it for emergencies is also not just "lucky", I've had a few times where I got really close to death by it. But 1 or 2 Edge is usually good enough for most runs, and if someone is throwing enough stuff at me that I need 5 Edge just to survive it? Well, that's when I switch to a human character. I get your point though.

2. I know it's part of their job, no need to belabor the obvious. I could get into why I, as a GM might (not guaranteed) have an issue with a specialization, but that is irrelevant.

3. Going to check below; by the way, those are some good options! Thank you.

4. I know plenty of people who have rent (or just own a house free and clear) due to planning ahead. Not that those people are criminals, or that I'm one of them, but I do know people who do that. If Ammo and Rent are what I'm supposed to be working for, then it would be more profitable to lift cars and sell them. That way, I don't usually have to shoot anyone, and I can put my actual lifestyle to use by having a chop shop or something. So, yes, expenses being paid by running is the usual, but it's not unrealistic to have a cache of stuff put away or rent paid up in case of hard times.

As for boosting stats that way, that is a very good point. I will probably do that. Going to run some numbers to see what exactly I have to drop (probably the excess months of lifestyle and such; like I said, I'm fine with it if it's for a good reason). Thank you for your suggestions!
