This has been changed twice, forked once and then the forked power was changed as well.

Well, the errata for Street Grimoire just came out. They eliminated the power from SG, and reverted it back to the power listed in Stolen Souls. Its a 1PP power. No bonus to the Leadership + Charisma vs Will + Intuition roll.
