if I read that right, Grail just uncloaked next to one of the greenhouses while Kynos is busy together with Irris to carry mulch into the building.

Is he or his sidekick visible on the camera feeds? Because Kynos won't miss the chance to shoot Grail if he gets the chance...

I think it is safe to assume that Irris and Simone (or perhaps Wheely as he is parking the cars)  may see Maxwell heading out to talk with the two vampires. Shouldn't be difficult to follow Max. So feel free to crush their party if you want to.
As for Kynos,   the Vixen is a legendary decker so I expect her to take care of any cameras, especially as they intend to leave discreetly.

Simone's Perception:  11 - 6 = 5.  Perception: 5d6t5 4  OK, that is a roll I did not expect.  I guess she sees what is happening.  Apparently Kynos does not so I will edit my post.

Welp, I roll -2 dice at perception and my drone who is helping is rolling 2 dice, so not enough anyway.

I edited the post to have Simone tell Kynos that she is watching Sovereign with two people.  Even if he cannot see them, he should be able to see the mage moving about as if holding someone and that should tip him off.

Simone can spot Grail's security, she does not spot all of them but sees at least two cloaked figures that in response to Kynos' aiming at Grail, aim their guns at the man. 

Ruthanium polymer is incredible for stealth.

For fairness sake I'd ask you to roll perception for the security guys too - after all, Kynos does also hide 

Also, isn't RP capped to -4 to perception? Where do the other two points come from.
Also also, Kynos is also using IR mode on his glasses. So RP isn't affecting him unless they have an equal level of thermal dampening
