as someone who knows virtually nothing about matrix play, but wanting to learn while doing,
What is a good starting suite of programs to have?
Just wanting a good toolkit to start with.

Exploit, Sneak, Stealth, and Baby Monitor if you plan on relaying on hacking.
Shell, Armor, Decryption, and Baby Monitor for a cybercombat user.

Yeah, Fork would be good.
Thought it split your DP between targets.
Cumulative penalties not really that bad.
