Does anyone know officially how to treat Availability of n/a ?  Really confused, does not applicable just mean it is so common, that it's trivial? Does it mean it's not available to PCs (If that's the case, PCs can't buy alcohol, given that it is n/a)?

Both Pepper Punch and Alcohol should have an Availability of "-" instead of "n/a".
