My players will soon be sent into the bayou by a Johnson hunting a Behemoth. It's quite likely that I will have a opportunity to pit the gator against the swampboat on a capsize test. Rules in R5 for capsize pit one meta human piloted watercraft against another with an opposed (Pilot Watercraft+Reaction [Handling]) test. Assuming the boat pilot still defends with that dice pool, what would the behemoth feasibly role trying to flip the boat?

Hm... if the goal is specifically capsizing I'd go with Athletics + Reaction, to keep it similar. Maybe default to Close Combat with a -3 defaulting penalty.
