Layered Masking allows a mage to put up an additional layer of masking.
Prerequisites: Masking, Advanced Masking
Layered masking allows a mage to spend karma up to his initiate grade to put up an additional false layered mask. This adds to the threshold just like normal masking. In addition the mage can then use masking like normal to further add to the threshold. Once an assensing mage has seen through the layered mask it no longer has any effect in the future.
For example if a initiate grade 3 uses layered masking they can spend 3 karma to make a false "base" aura and then mask on top of it.
