For now it's only an anti-conception chip that they want to control by wireless technology (no trip to the doctor if you want to become pregnant), but it's a start. They're just working on the encryption, but it's going to be like wireless cyberware or RFID tags, you have to be very close to turn it off or on, so no hacking even from the other side of the room. At least, that's the idea.
