First attempt at building/creating a 5th edition player so positive advice on things I may have missed will be appreciated.  Basic background:
Comes from the Southwest (Pueblo Corporate Council).  Lost his arm to a shark attack and used remaining resources to replace it.  On a quest to prove his warrior spirit.  Feels a bit superior due to his people taking their land back.  Newly arrived in town with just the armor on his back.
