Season 9 General Release Dates?

I would like to run a Neo-Tokyo game using SRM S9 as a framework, but it looks like only 09-01 has ever been published for general release.

Is the only way to get hold of these to be a SRM Catalyst demo GM or are there release dates planned?

As of this moment I believe so, but the rest of season 9 and season 10 should be just about through the pipeline.
