NEMESIS ARMS PRAETORIAN (HEAVY PISTOL) is listed as having a Laser Sight instead of a Smartlink, but the table implies with Acc 4(6) that it has one. (Also a handgun with a bayonet? Really?)

Gear as Payment is impressively mangled.

GEAR
Characters  can  offer  gear  instead  of  cash  payment.
Gear value during negotiation isn’t the same as its face
value. Typically, offering gear will be less valuable than
cold,  hard  nuyen,  unless  the  gear  is  rare  and  hard  to
get. To determine the nuyen value of a piece of gear,
increase  the  item’s  value  by  ten  percent  per  point  of
Availability. Then divide the final result by two. This is
what it is worth as a negotiation item. Expressed as an
equation,  this  is:  Negotiable  value  =  Price  +  (Price  x
[(Availability x 10) / 100])

For  example,  a  Ranger  Arms  SM-5  sniper  rifle  has
an Availability of 16 and a stated cost of 28,000 nuy-
en. The Availability increases its value by ten percent for
each of its 16 points, meaning it goes up by 160 percent,
or is multiplied by 1.6
. The calculation for determining
its value as part of a negotiated payment is as follows:
[28,000 + (28,000 x 1.6)] / 2 = 36,400 nuyen.
Note that this rule for valuing gear only applies if the
gear  is  offered  as  an  unexpected  bargaining  element,
not if a character is specifically looking to buy the item
from another character.

None of that is consistent.  "Increase by 160%" is "not times 1.6".  And the best part is that every time the equation is shown it's written differently and wrong.  Even on the table on the next page...

I'd like to point out it's not just the painade stat variances.  "Immediate" toxins still don't take effect until the end of the round, which I doubt was intended for this item.

The final equation seems to be correct, at least from what I can gather from the text above. The only mistakes I can see with that are the first equation lacking the divide by 2 and the increase by 160% not beeing equal to a multiplikation with 1.6 as that would be an increase to 160%.

Not technically true "RAW". Impaired Attribute could do it, however Ali has no indication of any means of lowering his Charisma. So yes the stat block is wrong, but your statement is false.

The Master Debater quality (10 karma) let's you use Logic in place of Charisma on Diplomacy checks.  Which could be as intended, but I wonder because:

1) Diplomacy is a specialization of Negotiation
2) The empathetic listener quality costs the same (10 karma) and lets you use intuition in place of charisma for etiquette tests.  For the same cost I'd expect a similar level of effect (applying to a full skill, not just one specialization)
3) The description of the skill doesn't sound very diplomatic to me (possibly leaving the other person upset but getting your way).   Diplomacy is usually about crafting something that feels like a win-win.

I wonder if it was supposed to apply to all of negotiate, or possibly to contracts or bargaining rather than diplomacy?

Hey Gunswords are totally sweet.

The wording of 161 is a little weird, Should be something along the lines of the Players could offer to accept gear in place of cash or the Johnson could offer gear in place of Cash, or the negotiating party making the offer etc. The same language being applicable to the contacts and services lines. I feel like the intent is fairly clear from the Negotiation Section, but RAW wise it's hard to follow.

The other thing that bugs me about the gear formula, most corps are going to be selling gear at a decent markup (Baring inkjet printers and Gaming consoles), meaning that if product is something the corp in question makes and can access internally the price of the gear to the Johnson should be a good percentage lower then the actually street value of the item. Meaning that so long as characters are open to that, Johnson's should be getting a pretty sweet deal out handing out toys instead of cred sticks.
