Would be absurd if thatīs not the case. With that many posters on forums like these, you would create a minefield of potential claims. Thatīs not just a ToC thing: CGL owns the franchise. How could I claim ownership to a houserule for a franchise I donīt own?
My suspicion that suggestions from the community might "block" the writers from incorporating them was always based on the assumption that some CGL higher-ups
might pull a "Wait a minute, you didnīt wrote that, no pay for you
" on a freelancer when the text is too similar to stuff thatīs already posted elsewhere (without realizing that this creates an environment where listening to community feedback is highly discouraged...), not because of the fear that someone would actually be able to claim ownership.
