SR4A: need some help with a character

I need some help in making this character.  Both Cyberware/bioware, and Changeling SURGE.  I'm thinking a Technomancer or a hacker (since the group needs one).  I'm running SR4A.

Might be worth just having a crack and posting what you've got so far, then people can chip in and help when you get stuck

If a technomancer, stay away from cyber/bio... Anything that hits your Essence, hits your resonance, and thus your hacking ability...
