I am new to shadow run. I want to make a Tiger shifter mystic adept that is a infiltrator/assassin. She is a clone made for a rich corp executive that works at Aztech. She is taught to be very seductive and charismatic. She is very sexy and has a tail and fur in human shape. She likes to pounce on enemy's while using Elemental Body power and she loves the hot potato spell. Her master also bought her to be his bedtime buddy. He is cruel enough to her that a shifter rights activist group had shadow runners extract her to a better life. While doing so she removed his face and gun arm. She is also good at summoning.

We are doing a sum to 12 with the prime runner rules. Which elemental body adept power element is great and super cool looking? Can you help me build my character?

Augmented trans-tigrine shapeshifter clone mystic adept lesbian stripper assassin? It might be sum-to-12, but maybe you should tone it down a little. Try physical adept, regular shapeshifter. It'll mean less karma juggling during chargen, and less hassles overall. You'll still be able to make an excellent melee assassin, and the adept spell power will give you access to hot potato or some other spell.

I know that people sometimes have crazy ideas but a real actual tiger as a bedtime buddy? That's some next level drek.
Jokes aside, maybe you should be a changeling instead? Unusual hair, balance tail, you know.

If you are dead set on shifter see this topic: http://forums.shadowruntabletop.com/index.php?topic=23110.0
Just make a few changes to fit your taste.

Caster, meleeist, infiltrator, shifter...probably trying to do too much.
Playability > verisimilitude.

*shrug*  Even Prime Runner Sum to 12 you can't do it all.

A Magic - 4 - Mystic Adept
B Stats - 3
B Skills -3
C Meta -2
E Resources - 0

Does "C" Meta get Tiger?  AFB so I forget.  If "C" doesn't get you Tiger you'll have to lower Stats to a C.

So... Transhuman Prototype, 6 power points, and whatever karma costs for a Shifter should pretty well run even a prime runner just about out of Karma.

You'll have between 10 and 12 dice for many things, and lesser dice pools for a few things.  For a Prime Runner Sum to 12 Game I'd expect specialists to be tossing 16 + dice, just for comparison.

If you drop Caster and just go Physical Adept you're getting into the just barely possible range.

Just be an adept with Hot Potato learned through Adept Spell. It's still not optimal, but you're giving up less.
Playability > verisimilitude.

Will a magic infiltrator work if it specialized for stealth magic, some summoning, and a few combat spells? built as a mage/shaman? If it is not spread too far?  I am thinking of her being a shaman. If that do not work will adept with elemental body that melee's and uses a laser gun work? And remove the bedtime buddy Idea. My group needs a magical character. Should I play a tiger, jaguar, or a Fox shifter? What will be better a big cat with elemental body jumping on to them and mauling them, or fox in fox shape scouting a hidden corp base in the wilderness?

Will a adept version of this character in this link work? With elemental body and a laser gun? And a mentor spirit?

If you're looking for "best shaman," you can't beat elf.

Most straight mages are not going to have the points to get into melee combat effectively. Hence why adept with adept spell was suggested.

A scout will be better IMO. Metahumans are better at mauling and killing things than animals.

If you're going for shifting, I'd suggest the spell... you already stretching karma points by being a mysad... if your dead set on tiger take Critter Form, but Shapechange is more versatile.
