Hello! So since my local group imploded I've been looking to scratch my Shadowrun itch. I'm looking for an online game (not Skype, but PbP or anything else is fine) and am available any day except Thursday and Sunday. I have a decent amount of experience and am willing to fill pretty much any role.

If there aren't any, but there are a bunch of similar players, I'd be willing to try my hand at running one online. I've never actually done it before but I've run other games online.

Just a note, there's a rather nifty Shadowrun 4E framework available for Maptools, I played around a bit with it and even though I like the 2050s more the framework was nice to work with.

I usually use Fantasy Grounds II when I run stuff online. It has a pretty decent Shadowrun framework and everything too.

Same here. It's not that I'd be opposed to trying to run a PBP, it's just I'd rather play. I guess I could give it a try if no one minded me playing in my own game...

That would be fine with me.  What do we need to now?  I've never done a play by post and my SR4 experience is limited and months ago.

Hmm... I guess first we confirm exactly who is still interested so we have a general idea of how many players to expect. Also, it wouldn't hurt to start planning team composition. I can play anything, although I'm pretty bad at hackers and really bad at dedicated riggers. No real preference, although I have some builds I'd like to try out depending on what everyone else wants (mage, ranged adept, anti-mage street sam).

I was planning a mage. I'm definitely in though! I also have a street samurai worked out if push comes to shove.
