There is an anti tamper device on the lock, you'll have to make a hardware check, extended.  Roll initiative to see how many actions you get in a turn and then you have that many attempts to get the requisite hardware tests to disable the device.

Unfortunately, the anti-tamper goes off faster than you can get someone else to deal with it.

Just to ask before I post, is there any first floor windows? If not, second story ones? I remember there was a car parked there, is there any kind of overhang above it?

There are Windows on the first floor, but without examining them, it's hard to know if they'd even open.  Given the additional security on the backdoor (not present on the backdoor of house 3), you wouldn't be surprised if the Windows were extra secure.

There is a car port, not a garage, but it's attached to the house.  There is no second floor.

The actual car is in house 3.

If you are in the house, make a visual perception test.  It is Very dim light (-3) to the roll.  Low light vision removes this modifier.  Thermographic vision does not help in this situation.
