Girl friend joined our Shadow Run group after watching us play and had me build her a character but we are both fairly new so with some help from the GM and her general idea for "something thats fast and nasty in a fight but still sexy" i created essentially an Cliche Anime Heroine with lots of attitude. Now that we have played a few games and aquired some Karma our GM says its up to us to figure out what to spend it on so im looking for suggestions

You get a native language for free.
You could use those points to put into knowledge of Japanese culture or something else.

Pistols, automatics and longarms? Overly complicated imo. I'd pick one or two and unarmed and get them to 6. Consider specializing.

Also I think your attributes are 1 point under spent I keep getting 23 can someone else double check that, make sure I'm not missing something?

I'd also recommend a fake sin, and some fake licenses.
 
Lots of things you can do with karma

some contacts perhaps?

I agree with both Marcus and moonlightshadow, those are good advices.
Get a fake SIN, check your attributes, initiate ASAP.
I also suggest you to pick heavy weapons instead of long arms.
If you want an gunslinger adept anime heroine in shadowrun then Revi from Black Lagoon is the closest one you can get. BL is like "Shadowrun: the anime".

hmmm, some tipps :
You don't really need Attribute AGI at level 4 lvl 1 or 2 is enough
at level 4 the Drain is to high compared to the possible Gain
with MAG 6 and AGI boost 2 youll have 8 Dice and 2-3 Hits with a Drain of 2
with AGI boost 4 you'll have 10 Dice but a Drain of 4 ;)
And I consider Comnbat sense more effective than mystic Armor .
If oud switch Mystic Armor for another level of Combat Sense (and lower AGI Boost --->2 for a 3rd Level of Combat sense
You'd have 14 Dice to "dodge Bullets"
ImO its better to ntot get hit in the first place instead of having 1 more Dice to resist Damage

Does she need a 5 Str really as a Gunslinger ?  I'm thinking some of those points would be better off in your Mental stats.
Also, you seem to be short a single point.
Finally, I'd never invest in a L2 attribute w/ Points, use Karma to raise from L1 or invest at least L3 in it.
I'd probably set her up as follows.
B-5, A-7, R-4, S-2, W-5, L-3, I-5, C-5  (Used 10 Karma for S2)   



Adept Powers:   
Attribute boost  agility 4 ,1pp
combat sense   1,   0.5 pp
enhanced accuracy  Pistol and automatics  2 ,  0.5 pp
Improved Reflexes  2  ,   2.5 pp
Mystic Armor    2,   1 pp

As mentioned, you only need 1 Level of Agility Boost.
Combat Sense, is better than Armor as mentioned,  with ONE exception,  DON'T get Surprised.  If you do you'll wish you had the armor.
Maybe change around as follows.

Combat Sense-3
Enh Accuracy-Pistols
Imp.Reflexes-3
Imp.Sense-Damper



Active Skills:

I'm not a fan of Pistols + Automatics + LongArms w/o the Firearms Group.
Either Pistols + Long Arms or Automatics solo.  You can get Pistols, Rifles, & Shotguns that all have some Burst/Auto ability on them.
I'd have to set up as follows.
Group-Athletics-2  or  Group-Influence-2  (w/ the Higher CHA-5 above)
LongArms-6,  Rifles+2
Perception-6, Visual+2
Pistols-6, Semi-Auto+2
Sneaking-6, Urban+2
Drop all those 2's to just 1's w/ Karma for now.  Can buy L2 later.

Check out the Globetrotter Jacket in R&G for EnviroProtection built in.
Your Contacts & Earbuds are missing some stuff if you are buying them at Cap-3.
Get a better Commlink than that.

Its 0.25 per weapon skill, so its 0.5pp total. But there is no level for this power (only +1 precision for a weapon skill)
