It would have to be a runner. Fastjack may know technomancers, but he's not likely to attract the attention of a free sprite. Likewise, free spirits probably wouldn't have much to do with him, either. And he doesn't seem like the 'make bets with dragons' type. No, it is probably a runner, unless he's been having chats with the Laughing Man.

However, I do have an opening for Clockwork's Ethics Class. Rare that, as it's seen as an easy A.

     Clockwork cannot teach Ethics...he does not have a high enough degree in it. I doubt he even has a bachelors in Ethics...
