Wow, that's a busy schedule.
Below is how i would have handled that, but Weebo was very generous so far, you might be lucky ;-)
Home ground: physical or matrix.
If its the shop like you wrote on your sheet, it can't aid you with matrix actions.
If it should be the shops central node, it can't help you with repair actions.
First aid: logic 4 + medkit 6 - emerged 2 - wounded 1 = 7, so you rolled one die less.
But only hits over the threshold of 2 will heal any damage. SR4A,p252
So with your test, you would have healed nothing. Same for the 2nd first aid test.
Registering causes fading: SR4A,p243
In your case 10S which might have knocked you out, considering the actually non-healed damage.
This goes for all the registerings.
Diagnostics only aids with maximum skill rating dice.
Specialisation doesn't add to skill rating, but a situational dice pool modifier.
So you can only benefit from up to 5 dice.
Since the power only refers to aided characters, it kinda implies that "use and repair" refers to physical actions only, not to matrix actions, also it wouldn't help sprites. See
http://forums.shadowrun4.com/index.php?topic=4054.msg55165#msg55165The In-Tune livestyle quality only gives a bonus to the technomancer, not for his sprites.
You can only rush extended tests. Registering is an opposed test, not an extended test, it doesn't have intervals, and can't be rushed.
If it could be rushed, your register ms(3) had 15 1s and 2s, which caused a glitch. Also you would have faded for 14S damage.
If it could be rushed, one rush register would still take 3.5 hours, per rating 7 sprite. Not half an hour as used in your timeline.

Edit: Ah, thanks, that explained the last lines, i didn't understood. Didn't know such a paragon exist. Though i fail to see, that replacing 6 hours of registering by a 3 hour service, comes out as a disadvantage to you, which it is described as. If you think the same and trying to adjust by owing more services, you simple don't see, how much of a disadvantage a single service should be. By devalueing a service and adjusting only the rush register, you make the normal compile and register a lot of easier, since they still only require one service. Again, this whole thing is listed as a disadvantage, while instead i see you getting an advantage from that.... so far.
Diagnostics:
Hint: Registered sprites can assist in operations (by increasing a complex form) for a few turns per service. Why should a mere compiled sprite(they can continuously use a power as well) be able to assist for 8 hours straight to any matrix action. Comparing those two, you might have misunderstood something.
Hint: Comparing to adept metamagic attunement, which gives the adept a big dicepool bonus for "using" that item, it is commonly agreed on, that an attuned commlink does not help with matrix actions. Else you would have seen me taking that. :P
Hint: Only the machine sprite, which is "most likely to actually interact with the physical world" has the power. Every other sprite would be more suitable for having a power that assists with matrix actions.
You buy hits for every four dice, not for every three.
