Border Runners?

In the Jackpoint page for Way of the Adept, it mentions a product called Border Runners that was upcoming, but I haven't seen anything about it since. Is it still in the works?

Sounds interesting... Smuggliers book?  Like spygames? More t-birds?  Survival Gear?  Something on the Cascade Orcs?

I would very much like to see a book along these lines. Smuggler Havens was great for its day, as was Cyberpirates - but we need something more.
