Alright, since nobody seems to have made or developed a tool like this, I called on the help of someone far more knowlegeable with Excel than I and we worked up this little tool.

It's compatible with D&D 3.0/3.5 and I'm sure it can be changed to be used with other systems. It has been tested and does work with Open Office.
