OC2000:
Can I walk the full 10 meters for each Move minor action this cyberwear gives me or must I break up the distance between the Move actions for a total of 10 meters? The first option is cooler but I'm feeling it is the latter.

RAW:This augmentation does not alter the userís
movement rate but allows the user to use the Move
and Avoid Incoming Minor Actions an additional
time per combat round per rating point.

Dynamic_Reality:
It means it doesn't change your 10m Move speed, simply grants you the ability to take a second or even third Move Action.

Banshee:
Movement rate is how far you can move PER Move Action

That part was mine .. so it is definitely version 1. The whole point was to provide more movement

I will say in our game we have learned the dangers of Speed Booster when also enhanced by a Spirit's Movement power.  :o
