Combining some of your skills in to groups would save you alot. You already have all the skills for the firearms group and athletics group combine and save. Influence and stealth groups good too.
This. You're spreading yourself a little thin as it is (lots of stuff at 2's and 3's, which might or might not be enough to really be useful, depending on the difficulty level your GM has in mind), compiling a few of those into groups would save you enough points to increase a few things. I have trouble picturing a go-ganger with a pilot ground vehicle of 2, for instance, or without ANY close combat ability.
You've got a reasonable, characterful, spread of skills and attributes, but "trimming" a bit here and there to free up points would let you focus a bit more, and actually be
good, not just decent, at a few things. All in all it looks like a solid character, though, and he might be perfectly in-line for the difficulty level/die pools your GM is planning on.
