I don't think you can say this accurately.  We've gone over how uneven edge gain is already right?

One of the weaknesses is that for specific situations we have explicit info on how Edge gain works, but many other things are just blanket 'the GM should realise when it's fair to give Edge for something'. I do cover that in another Edge blogpost (there's 4 blogposts total o,o).
