Technomancers, Mages, and Riggers in Anarchy?

I haven't looked at my Anarchy book in some time, as I've been ingesting the goodness that is Cyberpunk RED, currently. 

Is there a way to replicate Technomancers, Mages, and Riggers in Anarchy?

Mages are pretty decently covered in the Anarchy text. Mostly house rules for Riggers, I adapted a simplified version of how I understand Rigger control issues from 5th edition.  Honestly I'm not too familiar with technomancers, but there are some Amps that apply to them.
