...so in the the Combined FAQ release (v1.2) it mentions on page 52 that designer drugs are available if the character has wither a Chemist or Dealer contact with a 5 connection. It also mentions he missions contacts, Dr. Tate is (Chicago missions) and Yoriko Asakura (NeoTokyo) both qualify. So could a character have their own Physician or Street Doc contact who has a 5 connection and still have access to Designer grade drugs?
