First things first, I didn't know if this message would fit here or if it has to be moved in another part of the forum, so I'm very sorry if I posted in the wrong place, and would gladly move it if I have to.
I'm asking here if anyone has a solid contact to reach Catalyst sales, because I tried every ways I know to get in touch with them with no success so far.
I placed an order several weeks ago, paid it in full, and since... no news at all
Order stays stuck on "pending" status.
Every and each item of my order was "in stock".
Tried to write them down three times using the contact form on Battlecorp website with no answer.
Tried to write Randall Bills (I was in touch with him last year for the same exact problem), again no answer.
Is there anybody home??
Since I placed a 300+ $ order I'm worrying a lot and I don't know what to do, so I hope someone can help me to get in touch with them, maybe using a personnal email or whatever.
Maybe one of the staff will read this and reach me, who knows...
Anyway, any help, any advice is gladly accepted
