So background on the campaign first.

I'm playing a Mystic Adept gunslinger with Prototype transhuman. Used that to get a sleep regulator, some muscle mass, platelet factories. Going in my background was that I was an experiment by my parents into shadowgene manipulation. Conceived and gestated in an artificially heightened mana environment, and then tested and tortured in an attempt to make me Awaken. Eventually I escaped from my parents, and was picked up in the Barrens by a Shadowrunner with a cowgirl motif that became my surrogate mom. I Awoke out there, and she trained me in the ways of an Adept. I'm sort of paradigm locked that though I'm a Mystic Adept, I can't cast my spells on anyone but myself. Mostly I'm not even aware I'm casting magic, I'm just that good at telling when people are lying, or I can just move that fast.

In the last two sessions I got a distress call from my estranged father telling me to drop whatever I'm doing and despite whatever I feel about him to come rescue him. We infiltrate the Tir that in our campaign is in the midst of a war and find him in a Renraku installation. In the midst of taking down a Red Samurai that was escorting dear old dad (Which we took out fairly quickly with Nerve Strike) a Tir Ghost for the Prince's Council in Exile walks in on the rest of my group running support above us.

Which we then a few seconds later realize that the other Ghosts are already in the lower parts of the base with us when they start wiping out the remaining Red Samurai.

We manage to extract my mentor and my father, but one of the Ghosts reveals themselves as my younger sister I never knew about. She tells me my father is a monster, and a race traitor, and that I should come with her and she'll tell me everything.

Mid-conversation our party mage uses a talisman to summon a wolf spirit that jumps down the elevator and hauls me out of there before I can finish the conversation. We have a running battle to make it back to our air support and the standoff ends with the Ghosts starring up at the barrels of our T-Bird before we fly off.

I managed to sneak my sister coordinates to a drop spot if she cared to leave messages for me.

The real kicker is in the Bird my father reveals what he's been up to. He's modified the metahuman vampire virus to reliably Awaken any individual. The consequences for those not prepared/designed for this can be... costly...

My older brother was the prototype, and they tried using a "wild" and uncontrolled environment for him. He disappeared and my father suspects he must've mutated horribly. I was the most stable one, and my sister is phenomenally powerful in magic but now has Merlin's Disease and is very sensitive to fluctuations in magic, background counts and the like. My father gives me a vial with his most refined version of the virus in case I wanted to "complete" myself. (He is pretty sure it won't turn me into a vampire)

It also comes to light that my sister was taken from him and raised as a weapon by the Prince's Council in Exile and she's now a racist elf fanatic and much stronger than I in spellcasting.

I was already thinking of getting the Adept ability to punch the magic out of people, I have Quickening already, and I was going to undergo initiation at the hands of a circle of Druids we met in Seattle to help break my self-only paradigm of casting.

I have a mage in my group with a mix of casting and spirit summoning, a technomancer, and a decker.

Suggestions on how I should prepare to tangle with my sister if it comes to that?

Oh, and I forgot to mention that my "mother", the Calamity Jane runner ended up being someone hired by my dad to look after me ><

So there was some melodrama of "Yeah, I understand why you had to pretend to care about me, but why did you have you to be so GOOD at it? Why did you have to make me love you?"
Built his whole moral code emulating her, his whole style of magic and running is based off of her, and now he doesn't even know how much of his childhood/teen years were "real".

That conversation didn't get resolved as the two of them ran off to Neo-Tokyo to stay one step ahead of the Princes.

So my GM said he is going to wrap the campaign up in a month and move on to Exalted so I need to figure out how to beat the sister quickly. Hopefully I will have time to initiate at least.
