There's a big difference. Predator is really easy for me because I was in a long and massive game playing her back in third edition, so I can slip into playing her in that kind of format fairly easily, and Kensai is her teenage son, so that makes him a bit easier.

The Flying Tigress does not have to be involved in any way.  I have no expectations there. And yes, it is two thirds of the resources. And yes I know Des be gimped significantly when not using it. But it was a great exercise building it out and using the Rigger 5.0 rules. Not to mention fiddling around with Hero Builder.

Yes Commanding Voice from Stolen Souls, according to Hero Lab. Authoritative Tone is Street Grimoire. It's a plus 1 pool for opposed social tests, not Commanding voice.

And Des lives on the Flying Tigress which he parks in various places in the Sound, This is more of the stuff I need to flesh out, and contacts.

I'll also get a complete character build sheet out with more details so it can be reviewed.

Some info on places Vexboy would have gone to find places like pedophile rings or human trafficking sites. And maybe a sprawl that an 8 year old Vexboy could have been abandoned in.

Human trafficking is a fact of life in Puyallup, Redmond, and Tacoma and its generally syndicate controlled. The White Vory and Shigeda-Gumi Yakuza have the most invested in it. I don't advise trying to stop it. Kids are part of that too. If you want to be breaking up smaller operations with less chance of getting offed, Id recommend going after torture and snuff BTL producers in The Redmond Barrens or Puyallup's Tarislar district, though non elves are going to find a frosty welcome in tarislar, even if they are helping kids. For places to go looking for information on the same, hit The Banshee in redmond (its a tiny karaoke bar. Also a dive) or The Pit (Also in redmond. Converted bomb shelter thats a seedy bar)
