I think your spell list could use more debuffs.

But I adore debuffs.
Playability > verisimilitude.

Here is "the classic optimized face/mysad" build. I put here only ideas, e.g. final selection of the qualities depends on your gm, team and  campaign.
I put it here, if you want to take some ideas from it to your build:

A: Magic
B: Skills
C: Attributes
D: Metatype (elf)
E: Resources

Bod: 3
Agi: 2
Rea: 2 (5)
Str: 1
Wil: 5
Log: 1
Int: 5
Cha: 8
Edge: 1
Dodge pool: 11
Drain pool: 13
Inititative: 10+4d6

Skills:
Conjuring skill group 5
Counterspelling 6 (+2 combat)
Spellcasting 6 (+2 specialization)
Con 6 (+2 fast talk)
Negotiation 6 (+2 bargaining)
Perception 6
Sneaking 6
Pistols/Automatics 6 (this is optional)
Buy couple levels etiquette, intimidation, arcana and assensing after char gen (after jack of all trades).

Positive qualities:
Select from the following qualities (20 karma total):
Mentor spirit 5
Focused concentration 1-5 4-20
Too pretty to hit 2
Witness my hate 7
Quick healer 3
Jack of all trades 3

Adept powers:
Improved reflexes 3 (2 is not enough, your physical limit is only 3 in that case).
Combat sense 1
2 points remaining to put somewhere depending on your preferences.
Good choices:
Attribute boost agility 1-2,
Improved physical attribute (if you want to take spiritual way later, and your gm rules it such that you can initiate to arts without magician's way and the prices of the ways are 20, 40 is too much. In this case you don't need mentor spirit in the beginning)
Heightened concern
More combat sense
Astral perception (if you need it just after char gen and do not have time (i.e. couple runs) to get the qi focus)

Spells:
Physical mask
Influence
Stun bolt
Heal
Levitate
Chaotic world/ Hot potato/Stench
Improved invisibility

3 spell remaining.
Good choices:
Lightning ball
Mana barrier
Magic fingers
Blast
Clout
More area illusion spells (look at the options above)
Increase willpower (use before spirit summoning)

Karma after char gen:
Edge, rise some of your attributes to 2 (10 karma each)
Skills mentioned above
Missing positive qualities
Foci, inititations.

Feel my wrath? Do you mean Witness My Hate? If so it is 7 karma.

Agreed. This looks like a 'training wheels' edition, that you can use to introduce someone to the setting, and then shift over to something like 5E or 4E. Like how D&D 5E is best used as training wheels for D&D 3.X.

Turned in Toxshaman for ¥1 million/4 once.

Yes, I remebered the name (and karma cost) wrong. Thanks! I corrected it to the previous comment.

No problem. Otherwise, I was curious what Feel My Wrath did. :)

This looks really good and I would totally choose this prio selection over what I have now if only... You know what? I'm using your build. I want to have Conjuring and better Negotiation and I will enjoy the hell out of playing this character. I'm sure that if I tweak some stuff here and there I will be able to get some spare karma or points for Pilot and Assensing.
Thank you very much!

Raven and Seducer are great mentors for a shaman.

For debuffs: Chaotic World, Swarm, and Hot Potato are my favorites.
Playability > verisimilitude.

Great! I have participated in like 5 threads considering face/mysad builds in this forum and this build is the result of those threads. The build has some variations (e.g. with or without a weapon skill), but I put some of them also here. I think that the build have some minor weaknesses (e.g. low edge), but it is still solid and have a lot of synergies.

Edge of 2 is low, but workable, unlike edge 1. Three is, from what I have experienced, the minimum you want.

It's also way easier to get Edge 3 in play than it is to get Magic 6, so I think it's pretty valid.

Oh yeah, very much so. 35 karma for 5-6 verse 15 karma from 2-3. So much more reasonable.
