I just picked this up.
5 new runs: 2 suggest zero karma to start, 1 suggests 5 karma to start, 1 at 25, and 1 at 40.
A new set of upgrades, including some that let you cycle part or all of the black market, ones that give extra damage using 2 types of cards in the same turn (+1 decking or weapon damage for playing a decking and a weapon card, same with magic and skill), some 20 karma upgrades that give a bonus to 2 different stats, and a very specific upgrade that lets you replace a starting card with Jacked In. I like that they've got some more upgrades that help build a theme for your character, even if they are expensive.
