So I wanted to have blood spirits, and horror marked characters in my shadowrun campaign and wanted to houserule in some of the horror powers, like horror mark, damage shift, etc. Ideas? Thoughts? Rants? What other powers would you add? What mechanics would you use? Please save all comments of don't do this as that is not helpful. Thank you.

Horror Mark is a bit like either a quickened spell or a sustaining focus, likely masked.

Damage shift is a regeneration with proviso that the healed damage appears on someone marked.  Probably resist damage like a direct combat spell.

Note that blood magic isn't corrupt in Earthdawn terms but it is raw casting which could get you a mark.
