Full Corporate SIN is... bad. Bad bad. Very bad.
Usually when people go and burn Essence, it's to get something spellcasting related. Cerebral Boosters, for example.
You got a cyberarm. That can work actually - if you use the cyberarm. But your Pistols pool is about the same as combat spells. You'll end up doing about the same damage, with pistols winning out jut barely when using APDS.
The concept can work, but I'd levergage your cyberarm. Get some decent weapons - SMG or the heavier pistols. That means you have a good attack option - drop the Combat specialization and get some more supporting spells in there. You'll probably want to keep some combat spells; at least an AoE, maybe a single target. But you don't need 5 of them.
