Ok so drop the face hopefully the others cover that
how about a rigor hacker dropping engineering and putting that point into cracking
with the same priorities but just dropping the face and lowering the chrisma to 2 putting those points into +1 will rea log that
dropping con all together and putting that into computer 2 software 2 palming 1
which drones do I cut and why
Okay to be a good decker you need to be rolling 12+ at a minimum on hacking attempts. This is usually accomplished with LOG 6, Hacking 6, a specialty (usually Hosts), the Codeslinger PQ allocated to Hack on the Fly, and Cerebral Boosters 2-3 (3 if you can scrape together the money and an instance of Restricted Gear). You will want high Computer and decent EW as well. Buying a point of Software with karma and specializing in Data Bombs down the line is sufficient there. Hardware isn't really worth investing heavily in unless you focus on deck repair.
Cracking as a group is a bad idea simply because you really want specializations out the gate.
You can do pretty well as an RCC rigger who doesn't jump in. Basically a drone swarm rigger. Which is ok because jumping into drones is muh more dangerous than vehicles since drones are more likely to be destroyed.
I disagree with Danny on trying to make this character a melee combatant as well. Deckers should be shooting or throwing Data Spikes on enemy wireless guns. Adding melee is adding yet another competency field.
