The jumpsuit is now on fire with a 1P -2AP flame. At the beginning of the next combat turn Chino will have to soak 2P -2AP. The flame will continue to grow +1P each combat turn until extinguished. I'm inclined to say that bone density augmentations do not count in this instance, but you obviously rolled well enough that they weren't necessary.
