Wow, that episode blew my mind!

2 players, no upgrades, dwarf and troll (two small starting hands) and not buying healing cards and they cut through it with ease!

Right, it was the correct combos, not being selfish about health, and correct cooperative strategy.  This game isn't as brutal as everyone makes it out to be albeit a crappy crossfire/obstacle draw can turn a game south really quick!
