Although I love that name for an arms dealer, with a connection of 1, he's not going to be able to get you anything worthwhile.  Ambidexterity is a bit of a trap quality--it doesn't come up all that often in play.  You could probably save some cash by buying standard-grade (or even used) 'ware for a few pieces.  It doesn't seem like having a low Essence runs contrary to this guy's concept.

Killing so many sacred cows, I'm banned from India.

Cheers. Appreciate the pointers. Changed ambidexterity to magic resistance +2, fits the dwarf motif. Upped Willie Wonka's connection to 2, keeping loyalty at 2. Rock on.

I would highly recommend against Magic Resistance. While it's true that enemies do cast spells at you; most of the time you will find yourself just blocking helpful mage spells and (once in a while) blocking an enemy spell. If you're mage isn't able to give spell defense, then he is not a combat mage. In which case you shouldn't be trying to resist spells, you should either be running like hell or immediately trying to shut down an enemy mage. Spell defense only does so much after all, a dead mage can't cast spells.

Ok, good point about the resistance. Cheers.
I notice not all advantages are created equal.
Will go with Indomitable [physical] in that case.

Ambidextrous usually only comes up for Runners that like to dual wield and use the multi-attack action.

Could probable even buy used for most of what u have in cyberware/bio , and afford some used muscle toner to augment agility.
