Any info about making a custom gang I should pay special attention to?

I'm also considering this idea for a custom gang: American Presidents.

Basically, the gang dresses up as people who were Presidents of the United States, including wearing masks at times. The known members I've come up with:

Leader- Washington. The times the gang has had to retreat, Washington has ordered the buildings they've left behind burned.
Enforcer- Lincoln. Massive, massive troll. Tends to end disruptions by picking up the person attempting the disruption and throwing them. Likes to burn down buildings held by opposing factions. Certain Johnsons are offering a reward for his assassination.
Security- Nixon. Makes recordings of everything. Tends to lie about being part of the gang.
Diplomat- Kennedy. Has been known to use diplomacy through deploying rocket launchers to the rest of the gang and threatening to unleash everything the gang has at enemy forces, even when such a strategy would result in the complete destruction of both sides. Many gangs are offering rewards for his assassination.

Anything I need to know about fleshing this out?

BTL Pusher - Clinton - Elf, Very good with the Ladies.. Con (Seduction +2)
Medic - Obama - Human Ork Poser Health Spell Specialist Mage. Trying to get SINless health care.... not going so well.
Cowboy - Bush - Ambidextrous Gunslinger Adept with 2 Cavalier Deputy Pistols, and Cowboy hat. Likes to drink.

Arms Acquisition - Ulysses S. Grant: Ork, stern and bearded, very old and tends to bank on his status as a former enforcer to keep from being replaced.
Muscle - Theodore Roosevelt: Human, very boistrous, adventurous, and jovial. Glorious mustache.

Bookie - Thomas Jefferson; Elf, prone to writing long words, in a feud with Adams. Not very good at keeping his books straight, actually.
Second-in-Command - John Adams; Human, happily married, quietly supports M.O.M. Feuds with Jefferson, but doesn't take it as seriously.
Bodyguard - William Howard Taft; Troll, keeps to the background, but is almost as active in the gang as the leadership. Huge, even for a troll.
