Snow has dropped all remote operations except for the security camera and an attempt on the commlink of one of the gangers.  The software to protect the team net should not be draining her since it is just background running on the commlink, right?

You have the team's commlinks slaved to yours, I am not with my books at the moment, but IIR there is a slaved system limit that would eventually caused negatives, but you are nowhere near that.  Your commlink hacks provided no useful information, as the numbers in the phonebook use actual names not street names like Bacchus.

I was thinking that the links might not have his specific name, but there might be one or two names they called a lot and that might be Bacchus or a mid-level guy that could provide a link to Bacchus.  Just as likely to be a bookie or prostitute, though, I guess.

No.  I am not sure that it is that important.  Sorry I brought it up.  I was hoping to see if there was some way you could influence them if you knew what they were on.  Bad idea.

No, it's a good idea; the only question is whether Snow would be able to tell enough from the feed to give more than the general advice Con came up with. And we can't really know that unless you roll the dice the GM asked for.

Of course, no matter what you come up with, Sam's his own character, and tends to let his instincts guide him. So don't worry too much about steering him wrong.

They aren't on drugs.  They are a bit dehydrated, and probably hungry.  If Torley  can find the manual release on their chipjacks  he can eject the beetles (BTLs, Better-Than-Life chip) they are running.
