Does anyone have any created SR5 missions they made that they let people download?

I GM, but I'm always short on time working two jobs.
I love using pre-written missions.

Also, I bought Chasing the Wind.
Are there any other SR5 missions like that?

Sprawl Wilds and Firing Line contain SR5 Missions, where half of them can be rather tricky and half of them are quite newcomer-friendly.

The tough Missions require optimized characters with clever  tricks or normal characters with smart plans, or a lenient GM who gets backup NPCs involved, whereas most Missions play decent even with sample-level characters.

For the standard rules - Prime Runner and Street Level rules are both exceptions for when the group is looking for a game with a different feel than the standard.  Normally, you just ignore the stuff in that box completely.

Also, there's an alternate campaign section in SR5 that offers much better options for that sort of thing.

I disagree on that point, simply because the stuff in that box is so asymmetric.

No, people do - but only when the group is looking for a different sort of game.

When people make their SR5 characters are they using Standard, Street Level, or Prime Runner?

Most people just use standard.  If a group wants a lower-power game or a higher-power game, that's when they'd use Street Level or Prime Runner (and/or, Street Scum or High Life rules from 354-355 to really do it properly).
