Decompiling is a useless skill - don't take it.

Why do you have Stitches? Do you plan on having a lot of registered sprites doing cybercombat for you? If so, you should probably have Edge 2, Resonance 6.

Why do you have a sim module on your comlink? That's 100 nuyen you can save.

ok couple of things:
consider attributes A for a TM. they are so dependent on excellent mental stats that it really leaves them screwed in the physical stats department.
with an AGI of 2, str 2 that club you spent all the skill points on isnt going to be doing much damage at all. REA 2 means you are definitely going to get shot. The extra points from Attributes at A would help to alleviate this a bit, as you can dump the 30karma spend for WIL 6 and put that into other things. i'd recommend:
-Codeslinger (hack on the fly)
-Natural hardening (can help soak a bit of damage)
-Multiple complex forms would be useful, or a few skills at low rating.

skills:you'll need to rework your skills if you drop them to priority B. this is fine as you have a lot of "fluff" in your skillset so far.
-Take the cracking group at 5, software at 6, and then compiling/registering at 6 if you're planning on using sprites.
-Make sure you have perception skill!!
-Make liberal use of specialisations. con 1 (fast talk +2) is a very cheap and useful investment for a high charisma character as an example, pistols 3 (semi auto +2) is decent too.
-Make use of left over karma to get things like First aid (1), or armourer (1) etc etc. these are great little investments when you have a high LOG attribute.

Gear- (priority E is really rough)
Use karma to max out your gear allowance (+10 karma for 20,000) for the full total of 26k. You can't afford everything you need, so you'll have to make compromises.
As a basis; any good runner should have access to:
-High rating fake SiN (at least R3 really, you need at least 1 hit on ID tests) (7500 spent just here)
+licenses at decent rating for weapons (another 600 at R3)
-Decent armour (no reason not to take at least a lined coat + helmet, if not jacket + helmet) about 1100 spent here.
-Decent gun, mods + ammo (at least a fichetti security with laser, scope, gas vent 3 and concealable holster; good accuracy, good damage, range mitigation, some recoil comp and a bonus to your DP) budget at least 1k for this.
-Vehicle, how you gonna get to the meet chummer? you gonna tell the johnson, "sorry, the bus was late?" you at least need a dodge scoot (budget 3k for this)
-Decent commlink (you need this for data storage and defense of your items as your persona can't be part of a PAN). Get a good one, (budget 3-5k)
-Audio/Video kit is necessary. Glasses/contacts with image enhance, low light, thermo etc. Earbuds with audio enhance + sound filter. Expensive but worth it. (budget 2k for moderate kit for A + V)
-Somewhere to live (1 month at low is good, or squatter if your cash is really tight.) (budget 2k for this)
-Toolkit for whatever skills you take, (first aid kit, armourer tool kit, hardware toolkit etc)

I don't see the software skill? I've not the book here but the skill is not in cracking or electronics irc?
it's in electronics alongside computer + hardware.

While it's not how I would go, it looks interesting & would probably be fun to play. A couple of suggestions:

1) I agree that Decompiling is not a great skill. I'd put it to 1 (it should be something every TM knows a bit about) and use the 5 points elsewhere. As Csjarrat suggested First Aid is usually a nice choice for TMs & Deckers due to the reliance on high Logic.

2) If you buy Str 2 with Karma and use the Attribute Point on Willpower, you'll save yourself 20 Karma. You could spend 10 on Nuyen and have 10 left over for other things. A possibility might be to put 10 into Body 2 and free up an Attribute Point for Reaction 3. Just a thought. But you're definitely ripping yourself off spending 30 Karma on Willpower 6.

thanks for the Input, I am working somethings out, I liked the feedback on the Karma usage for willpower and such and the point about decompiling.  Will work on it some more.
