[SR4] Face Mystic Adept

Hello,

I'd like to have your thoughts on this SR4 character.
He's a Face/Mystic Adept (but I think that you should have guessed that already) that specialize in Illusion/Manipulation/Detection spells (in fact, I'm trying as a challenge to play a caster without any combat oriented spell, I intend to rely on spirits to provide combat support to my teammates, as he is a possession  magician).
I'd also like him to double as a tricky/stealthy specialist.

I'm especially interested on comments about its spell selection, as he will be my first non-combat mage. Do you think that those spell could be useful with a dice pool of 14, and a magic attribute of 4 (if I read the rules for MysAd right, it means that I can cast Force 8 spelles/ Summon Force 8 spirits)?

Looks reasonable but is spread fairly thin. Not a bad effort considering how bad mys ads are in sr4

I'm talking with my GM about adapting SR5 Alchemy rules to SR4 with this char, I'll see how it works out.

Instead of Detect Enemies, I would suggest still having Stunbolt or some other combat spell. Just because you're "non-combat" doesn't mean you shouldn't have one combat spell for when the stuff splatters the fan.

On another note, yes, you did read the rules right. Just make sure to ask your GM if he's going to be following the actual rules or the rules-contradicting FAQ entry.
