Maneuvers:

Set Up (to get extra dices for following attack)
Finishing Move (with -4 Dice/ +4 DV, using extra dices from previous atack)

There is laso maneuver that allows you to deal Physical damage with your attack instead of Stun

There is the "bypass armor" called shot which may aid you more than the +4 dv called shot.

The thing is that it takes an average of three dice of armor to neutralize each point of damage. So it's usually going to be a lot more effective for each die you give up from the attack to add one point of damage than to take away one point of armor.

The reason I suggest this is if someone has say 3 body, ( assuming you aren't trying to break a trolls neck ) then you would be removing most of their pool to resist, giving them an easier chance to glitch their dam resist roll. Bypassing armor they only get to roll body alone. Even if you take half their armor away, or add the extra +4 dv by shortening your pool, you aren't shortening theirs. They could still roll hot, spend edge and use rule of six with those extra dice and survive. If they have 2 edge lets say the extra 2 dice on 3 wouldn't be a sure lifesaver, even with rule of 6. But with 3 body and 6 armor, they could spend the edge and get the 2 dice making 11 to resist and get rule of 6 to hope to keep themself standing. UNLESS you have penetrating strike at a decent level, then just go with they attack. If you used setup and finishing move though, and have a good dice pool, you can afford to bypass armor I think.

There is not a maneuver for it... But you could invent one. Just like anything else, if you train for specifically one thing (like snapping necks) you should gain bonuses for the action (imho). Due to the nature of the action, the prequisite to do it could be a surprise attack, for example.

Neck-Break
"While doing suprise attacks from behind, you can choose attemping to snap the opponent's neck instead of doing normal unarmed damage. You roll the unarmed attack as normal (using any bonuses for subduing combat, but not for reach) and you get a bonus of +4 damage to your attack, but if you fail to kill the opponent at once, no damage is done. In this case, continue the combat normally by the rules, with the opponent subdued by you."

Sound any good?
