I hate that the official PDFs had an image baked into the background because it makes printing them out in high-quality an enormous pain in the ass... so I created sheets from scratch with a clean background, a nicer typeface, and more space to write for people who don't have miniature handwriting. If there's interest, I might try and convert it into a fill-innable PDF.

One note, if you're having problems editing these in Adobe because the program opens them in Read Only mode, do this:

Edit --> Preferences --> Documents
Select "Never" from the PDF/A dropdown

Voila!

There any way to get the PDF of these sheets compiled into a single file? It'd be a tad bit easier that way.
