For some reason I thought the Power focus was capped at 2, but after seeing the example mage decided to move some stuff around to make space for a force 4 Power focus. This should make my character story-ready.

I would say HydroRaven your spell selection has a lot of high drain spells, and drain can't be healed as far as I'm aware...

I think drain can be healed with first aid?
or was that only the technomancer drain equivalent?

I did take one initiation grade for centering and have the focused concentration 2 positive quality which should give me 13 dice to resist drain. If the GM allows it, I can automatically shrug off 3 hits of drain with that.

And yeah, drain can't be healed by magical means only (178 SR4)

Whoops, I thought I already nixed the Dodge... was very tired when tweaking him last night. Tweaked again, added a Centering Initiation and bumped up his focus. He now has a Sustaining Focus 2 and a Power Focus 4. Let me know if this is all kosher.

I also have that highly annoying 1 point of karma left over. If there's anything out there that costs exactly 1 karma (everything seems to cost at least 2) let me know and I'll gladly blow it.

I think you are allowed to keep up to 5 karma with karmagen, not sure though.
(that is you have them available ingame when you keep them)

I'm writing the next IC post right now. Yeah I keep forgetting to use the thought one, I seem to use 3rd person narrative to describe characters thoughts instead of writing them out.

Maybe purple would be a good colour.
